Goal Statement

Strengthening capacity of the 31 municipalities of the Province to deliver sustainable infrastructure development and maintenance, and increase access to basic services including job creation, provision of free basic services and local economic development; as well as promoting good governance and deepening participatory democracy at local level by 2019.

PROGRAMME 4: TRADITIONAL AFFAIRS
