The Premier, Sylvia Lucas, together with MEC Bentley Vass and finance, economic development and tourism MEC, Mac Jack, met with executive mayors and mayors of districts and local municipalities affected by the recent wave of service delivery protests across the province.

The meeting was aimed at finding resolve to the protests impasse transpiring at the local government level. Local government is a critical sphere of governance, which remains a focal point for service delivery for the masses of our people.
